In order to shorten the introduction of this film which would normally require a good half of an hour, De Palma summarizes to the maximum the adventures of Winslow Leach which will lead him to be transformed into the Phantom.

Après s'être introduit dans le domaine de Swan, Leach est jeté à la rue où il rencontrera des policiers...
After introducing himself in the domain of Swan, Leach is thrown to the street where he'll meet two police officers...
