Good Processes - HijackThis log
A project in cooperation with Angus Cook.
Volunteers, particularly trainees and helpers, in various forums will find this list valuable to evaluate and recognize Good Processes found in HijackThis logs. Depending on the operating system used, these processes can be located in different %system paths%. The list includes theses as well as the operating system appropriate to the path(s).
Some lines may look as a duplicate entries, this is because I now include items to meet the case sensitive requirements of the tool(s) used to anylyze the logs.
As a trained person you are responsible to ensure that the entries in the log being analyzed are good.
This list will help you make a sound decision.
For the untrained person you will find valuable information in any of the following sites.
These HijackThis tutorials will help you to understand your log.

I strongly suggest that you get instructions from a qualified volunteer before you attempt fixing it yourself. You must understand that the removal of good items from a log could render your system inoperable.
The list can be viewed on line or you can download a copy of the Good_Processes.txt file.
